8 Days A Week is a company developed by a team of quality coaches for sailors. Our company was established in 2008, since day one we constantly have been trying to develop the best method to coach the sailors the best technic their exists. Our aim is to improve the level of all sailors we coach. We like to give the best training or coaching there is available. With a wide range of tools, passion and dedication we’re able to make the training valuable yet fun for your sailors! We offer this coaching by these 3 different ways.
Open clinics & Regatta coaching
Throughout the year we organise multiple open clinics all over Europe. Most off them will be followed by a big European event, on which we offer coaching as well. With a focus on summer & winter races we make sure our sailors get ready for the next season, use the events as a test for their big Championship coming up, …

In many countries there isn’t such a thing as a whole year program. We run different year or season programs over the world. To our team of coaches it’s important the sailors develop an overall knowledge, but yet peak at the right time of the year.
