In the last weekend of March ’19 the Volvo Gill Optimist Spring Championships will be sailed on the solent out of Lymington, UK. During Saturday and Sunday, 8 Days a Week will be offering Regatta coaching to all sailors who want to prepare well for the upcoming season. We will focus on the special local conditions in this bay and fine-tune your racing tactics. For those who’re aiming for Europeans we consider this is a great event as it’s a tidal venue. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Over the past few years we had sailors from multiple countries participating, for example: Belgium, Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Ireland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, Malta, United States of America, Hong Kong, Sint Lucia, Bermuda, Canada, Cayman Islands, … We’re looking forward to coach you!
