Specialized in Optimist, Laser or 29er and willing to join our young, motivated team of coaches? We’re hiring!
Profile:
- Extremely motivated
- Provable experience in sailing and/or coaching Optimist, Laser or 29er
- Team player, who enjoys working with teenagers (aged 10-18)
- Ability to be flexible (Weekends, holidays,..)
- Ambitious to exceed expectations and grow together
- Excellent communication skills (languages, spontaneous, communicative)
Main tasks:
- Coaching Optimist, Laser and/or 29er
- Reporting
